Project Management Specialist

About the role

The Project Management Specialist is responsible for delivering customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects while ensuring profit and loss accountability and customer satisfaction. The role balances autonomy with adherence to standard functional practices and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee non‑turnkey or product/equipment‑only projects of small‑to‑medium size.
• Lead project resources directly or indirectly, ensuring timely execution.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of the assigned discipline and apply it to execute policy and strategy.
• Understand key business drivers and how the team’s work integrates with other functions.
• Propose solutions within guidance and solve straightforward technical tasks.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and, when appropriate, hire and develop talent.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in project management, comparable to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze problems, document plans, and execute programs.
• Established project management capabilities.
