Project Coordinator – Automotive Homologation

About the role

As a Project Coordinator you will support an international automotive client in ensuring that vehicles and mobility solutions comply with all required regulations before market launch. You will work within the homologation team, acting as a bridge between engineering, compliance, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and manage technical documentation for regulatory approval.
• Follow up on homologation planning and testing activities with internal teams.
• Support vehicle testing with official authorities and ensure correct execution.
• Manage certification processes, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
• Monitor and interpret EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).
• Serve as a primary contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.
• Handle administrative follow‑up such as documentation, SharePoint updates, reporting, and guideline maintenance.
• Improve processes related to compliance tracking and data management.

Required profile

• Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to create clarity in a fast‑moving environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar).
• Experience in homologation, automotive compliance, testing, vehicle development, or technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously under pressure.
• Excellent English communication; good command of Dutch or French is a plus.
• Perseverance and resilience in an international context.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• SharePoint expertise.
