Program Manager – Large‑Scale Transformation

About the role

The programme will modernise critical platforms for a leading international financial services organisation, improve customer experience and support future growth. As the Program Manager you will work closely with senior leadership to drive execution, governance and delivery of this large‑scale transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination of the transformation programme, ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
• Assist senior programme leadership with planning, governance, risk and issue management.
• Facilitate communication across multiple teams, business units and external partners.
• Monitor programme risks, issues, dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
• Contribute to organisational change initiatives and support adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Ensure programme objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards are consistently met.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years or more of experience in programme or project management, preferably within large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence at all organisational levels.
• Experience working in legacy system environments and driving modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of programme governance, risk management and delivery methodologies.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
