Product Security Analyst

About the role

As a Product Security Analyst you will manage incoming product security vulnerability reports from our researcher community, while continuously developing their cybersecurity skills. You will work closely with both customers and researchers to deliver high-quality, actionable security insights across a wide range of products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage and validate vulnerability reports submitted through our platform.
• Assess severity, calculate CVSS scores and determine business impact.
• Provide constructive feedback to researchers and motivate continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customers and success managers to deliver remediation advice.
• Perform penetration tests and security validation on software libraries, firmware, embedded systems, networks and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest malware, threats and security trends.
• Document findings and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
• Stress-resistant with the ability to stay focused during incidents.
• Hands-on experience in pentesting, security testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Deep understanding of ethical-hacker culture and a service-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
