Product Manager – Belgium (Hybrid)

About the role

Pharmanovia is seeking a Product Manager to lead the commercial strategy for its portfolio in Belgium. Working hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), you will translate scientific and clinical data into compelling market messages and drive product performance across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product and brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own lifecycle management, identifying growth and patient‑access opportunities.
• Design and implement marketing and communication plans with the Country Manager and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide scientific leadership to the sales force, ensuring effective communication of product value.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor trends, and inform brand strategy.
• Support pricing, reimbursement, and market‑access initiatives.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Create compliant commercial messages, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Deliver scientific presentations and training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong scientific or medical background with ability to interpret clinical data.
• Proven experience in product or brand management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Strategic mindset with analytical capabilities to assess market dynamics.
