Procurement Manager

About the role

Cohabs is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and category management across its fast‑growing network of shared homes. You will ensure cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for strategic and operational categories, developing sourcing strategies aligned with group objectives.
• Support business units on complex procurement topics and act as escalation point for supplier issues.
• Maintain supplier relationships, monitor contracts and invoices, and enforce service‑level agreements.
• Apply and evolve procurement policies, approval workflows, and governance controls across regions.
• Track spend, analyse data, and contribute to cost‑control initiatives and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal and regional teams, and drive ERP/procurement tool adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic, solution‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement tools.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Competence in Google Suite.
