Global TMS Optimizer

About the role

AB InBev is looking for a Global TMS Optimizer to join its Logistics Operations team in Leuven, Belgium. The role focuses on developing in‑house expertise in Blue Yonder TMS optimization and applying it across global centers of excellence to improve transport efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of TMS optimization algorithms for global centers, enabling country‑level transport optimization.
• Support development of ABI templates for core TMS functionalities such as upload templates, freight auction, approval chains, and CEA.
• Propose and implement new TMS solutions and customizations to meet zone‑specific business requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding of countries without TMS into the global centers of excellence.
• Develop training materials, conduct audits, and reduce reliance on external vendors for TMS and TMOD implementations.

Required profile

• Business, IT, or Engineering background with at least 5 years of Blue Yonder TMS implementation experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with end‑to‑end TMS implementations in CPG or similar industries.
• Proven ability to work in technical and functional teams across locations, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Blue Yonder TMS and TMS optimization expertise.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, and SQL.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Shipment Scheduler / Load Builder.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis, RPA, Power BI, and TMS APIs.
