People & Culture Analyst – Remote

About the role

Join Tether’s People & Culture team as a remote Analyst focused on data‑driven people initiatives. You will help shape the employee experience and support talent management across the full people lifecycle, working closely with People Strategic Managers and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring new hires receive necessary information and resources.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training.
• Conduct onboarding surveys, analyse feedback, and surface early insights to the People team.
• Assist in building and maintaining HR data dashboards and reports that inform talent decisions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address people‑related trends.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for improving employee experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
• Experience in HR, people analytics, or related fields is preferred.
