Order Management & Customer Support Officer

About the role

Join an international medical‑sector company in Zaventem as an Order Management & Customer Support Officer. After a comprehensive training period you will take ownership of the full order‑to‑delivery cycle, ensuring accurate processing and high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Check, register and process customer orders using the internal CRM system.
• Update order information and maintain complete traceability of products and files.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, service‑oriented manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee smooth order flow.
• Monitor outgoing orders, product availability and related documentation.
• Support the documentation and continuous improvement of order‑management procedures.
• Perform administrative follow‑up linked to customer service and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, sales support or operations.
• Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a strong asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems or similar tools.
