Warehouse Operator

About the role

MEDISTA is expanding its warehouse team to support the handling of vaccines, rare medicines, and medical devices. As a Warehouse Operator you will be involved in the full flow of goods, from inbound receipt to outbound delivery, ensuring that all activities meet strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound shipments in the warehouse.
• Pick products and create parcels according to demand.
• Operate a forklift (certified or after completing training).
• Prepare outbound deliveries for the driver teams.
• Carry out recurring tasks such as maintenance, stock audits and inventory checks.
• Record all movements and activities in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Apply GDP/GMP procedures rigorously and report any exceptions to the quality team.
• Participate in regular trainings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proficiency in French or Dutch (or both) or a basic understanding of either language.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedural guidelines.
• Commitment to ongoing training and quality compliance.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certified or willing to be trained).
• Use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Knowledge of GDP and GMP procedures.
