Operations Manager – QSR (Korean) – Brussels

About the role

This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on Operations Manager position for a growing international quick‑service restaurant brand in the Brussels region. You will own day‑to‑day site performance, ensuring consistency, efficiency and high standards in food quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a high‑volume QSR environment.
• Lead and support site teams with a hands‑on approach.
• Ensure consistent delivery of food quality, service standards and operational processes.
• Drive performance across sales, labour, waste and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures and compliance standards.
• Support training and development to improve team capability and consistency.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support operational growth and improvements.
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety and food safety regulations.

Required profile

• Fluency in Korean (preferred).
• Strong background in Korean restaurant or QSR operations.
• Proven hands‑on operations management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commercially aware with a focus on operational performance.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
