Operations Coordinator - Belgian Market

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support its Belgian market. The role is part of the Operations Community that delivers insurance and health services at scale, working closely with Engineering, Product, Care and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day insurance and health service processes such as invoicing, claim treatment and provider network management.
• Support internal teams through live assistance and documentation.
• Define and own monitoring schemes to track volumes, efficiency and SLAs.
• Identify risks, flag opportunities and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, coordination or similar roles within insurance or health services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and detect anomalies.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across multiple departments.
• Based in France, Belgium or Spain.
