Onsite Technician – 1st/2nd Level Support

About the role

Everience is looking for an Onsite Technician to provide first and second level support for workstations, mobile devices and related infrastructure. You will work directly with clients, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and peripheral equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second level support for workstations and mobility devices (iPad, iPhone).
• Install, replace, relocate or remove infrastructure components such as monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Handle hardware and software incidents on computer systems and mobile devices.
• Support local network printer systems and manage inventory of equipment.
• Receive, inventory, prepare and install spare parts, providing feedback to customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support and customer care experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset and team spirit.
• Motivated to learn, organized, independent and pragmatic.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365.
• MS Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Mobile services (iPad, iPhone) and basic Apple environment knowledge.
• Mail services and general mobile device management.
• ITIL ticket tracking and incident/request processing.
• Monitoring dashboards, KPIs and documentation procedures.
• Inventory management of end‑user equipment.
