Online Campaign Manager (Dutch)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Planner focused on the Dutch market to join a client’s team. You will translate campaign objectives into effective media strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google, driving performance and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical media plans that align with target audience goals.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Advise internal stakeholders on channel, format, and targeting choices.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle from briefing and asset coordination to reporting and analysis.
• Allocate and monitor budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Continuously analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to marketing leadership.
• Evaluate creative assets and recommend high‑performing formats.
• Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and social media developments.
• Collaborate closely with brand managers and content teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of performance‑focused digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign metrics and define data‑driven tactics.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of SEO, CRM, or CRO is a significant plus.
• Collaborative attitude, acting as a bridge between brand strategy and technical execution.
