Onboarding Executive – Restaurant Partner Activation

About the role

Join a leading global food‑delivery platform as an Onboarding Executive, driving the rapid expansion of its restaurant partner network in Belgium. You will own the critical journey from contract signing to the moment a restaurant goes live, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and fast activation process.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new restaurant partners, from technical setup to go‑live.
• Manage multiple activations simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout onboarding, keeping them informed and confident.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support pipeline progression and partner readiness.
• Participate in sales discussions, providing input on onboarding feasibility.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and represent the restaurant partner’s voice internally.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented, structured approach to operational execution.
• Confidence working with internal systems and translating technical steps into simple guidance.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across Sales, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and full ownership of tasks.
