Onboarding Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Onboarding Enablement Specialist will shape the ramp experience for new revenue team members in Belgium. You will design, deliver and continuously improve structured onboarding programs that give new hires the knowledge, tools and confidence to succeed from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate onboarding programs for SDR, AE, Field Sales and Expansion roles.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and manage learning content within LMS platforms.
• Build and maintain tracking dashboards to monitor ramp performance and flag at‑risk hires.
• Create standardized coaching frameworks and AI‑driven role‑play libraries.
• Partner with Revenue leadership, People teams and enablement functions to align onboarding with broader goals.
• Support promotional readiness programs such as SDR‑to‑AE transitions.
• Administer and optimise LMS workflows, content assignment and reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development or a related field.
• Proven track record designing and delivering structured onboarding or training programs.
• Strong project‑management abilities and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing onboarding metrics and turning insights into actions.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms.
• Ability to analyse data and generate performance dashboards.
