About the role
As the primary point of contact for Tesla’s Belgian headquarters, the Office Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations, supports internal teams, and creates a welcoming environment for visitors. This hands‑on role blends workplace operations, facilities management, hospitality, and project coordination to maintain an efficient and attractive office space.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and follow up on all office tasks and projects, including space management and seating plans.
- Identify and provide office tools and supplies needed by local teams, managing inventory and ordering as required.
- Handle inbound mail and packages, sort and distribute them, and manage scanning and forwarding to the appropriate recipients.
- Oversee traffic‑fine management and the Belgian government e‑box platform.
- Coordinate reactive tasks such as desk repairs, storage solutions, and break‑room upkeep.
- Support events by organizing staff, setting up venues, and managing clean‑up.
- Facilitate department moves within the HQ and across other Tesla facilities.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities services, hospitality, or project management.
- Self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong enthusiasm for continuous improvement and delivering an attractive workplace.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, with business‑level fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Resourceful, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
