About the role

We are seeking an Off-page SEO Specialist to join a fast‑paced marketing team focused on driving organic growth across international markets. Based in Belgium, you will lead scalable backlink initiatives, build relationships with publishers, and leverage AI‑powered workflows to improve search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end off‑page SEO projects for multiple countries, improving organic rankings and domain authority.
• Design and execute scalable backlink acquisition strategies that boost keyword positions and online visibility.
• Research, evaluate, and secure high‑quality backlink opportunities through strategic outreach and long‑term relationship building.
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Monitor backlink quality, identify harmful links, and mitigate SEO risks.
• Prioritize initiatives using performance data, business impact, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.
• Test new outreach approaches, AI‑assisted workflows, and industry best practices to enhance global SEO processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional SEO experience with a focus on off‑page tactics.
• Proven success in improving organic rankings through high‑quality backlink acquisition.
• Strong understanding of Google’s ranking algorithms and modern off‑page best practices.
• Experience managing SEO projects across multiple countries or languages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
