Non-Financial Risk Officer

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Non-Financial Risk Officer to join a consultancy mission at a client site. You will act as a bridge between operational teams, management and the second line, helping to structure complex information and drive risk‑related decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support risk assessments, incident management and follow‑up of issues and action plans.
• Maintain and update the control framework (ECF) and ensure documentation is current.
• Prepare and lead risk meetings, summarising decisions and action points clearly.
• Monitor deadlines, priorities and the quality of deliverables.
• Coordinate with first‑line stakeholders and colleagues from ORM, Compliance and the second line.
• Assist with reporting, documentation and collection of control evidence.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with quick pattern recognition.
• Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to distinguish primary from secondary issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication in Dutch (native) and English (professional).
• Confidence to facilitate meetings and engage senior stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, accurate work style and adherence to governance processes.
• Basic knowledge of Power Platforms, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
