Senior Manager – CFO Advisory

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and diligent professional to join our CFO Advisory team in Brussels as a Senior Manager. You will work alongside senior experts in transformation, restructuring and transaction services, providing an operational perspective to high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an operational perspective during due diligence, restructuring or transformation programmes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for board members, investors, M&A advisors and C‑suite management.
• Steer and guide junior team members throughout assignments.
• Report daily project developments to senior team members.
• Ensure timely execution of assignments to a high standard.
• Contribute actively to business development and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• 5‑8 years of experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting, with solid financial, accounting or operational skills.
• Operations industry experience (e.g., manufacturing or supply‑chain) in a corporate or consultancy setting.
• Strong communication skills with C‑level executives in English, French and/or Dutch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, team‑player attitude and eagerness to tackle challenging projects.
