About the role
The Night Receptionist ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes for guests during overnight hours while upholding the high standards of the Corinthia Hotel. Reporting to the Front Office Manager and Night Manager, the role involves handling guest requests, managing reservations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests arriving during the night with a professional demeanor.
- Perform efficient check‑in and check‑out procedures, addressing special requests.
- Monitor reservations for accuracy and update guest records.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and problem‑solve as needed.
- Coordinate telephone services for meeting rooms and guest rooms.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Conduct nightly audits and ensure financial transaction accuracy.
- Follow Night Manager instructions and adhere to Front‑of‑House procedures.
- Uphold security, confidentiality, and health‑and‑safety standards.

- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
