Night Audit

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Night Audit and become the backbone of the front office during the night shift. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, manage night‑time front desk operations, and act as the primary point of contact for security.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk duties during the night shift, including check‑in, check‑out and guest inquiries.
• Perform nightly financial audits, reconcile cash, and prepare reports for the day shift.
• Serve as the main liaison with security personnel and handle any incidents that arise.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the day team to ensure a smooth handover of information.
