Natstar Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NatStar Developer to design, develop and maintain Toyota’s NatStar applications. The position is based in Belgium with a hybrid work model, collaborating with business analysts, architects, QA teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, business‑critical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain applications on the NatStar platform.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop new features, enhance existing functionality and integrate NatStar applications with internal and external systems.
• Perform unit testing, debugging and issue resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure coding standards and support production deployments.
• Create technical documentation and actively take part in Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–6 years of software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with the NatStar platform/applications.
• Strong analytical skills to convert business needs into technical designs.
