Multilingual Technical Support Engineer – International Relocation

About the role

Eaton is seeking electrical engineers who are fluent in one of several European languages and are willing to relocate to one of our international hubs. You will join the Technical Support Engineering team and provide online assistance to customers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to Eaton customers via online channels.
• Use language and engineering expertise to diagnose and resolve product issues.
• Collaborate with a diverse, multinational team to share knowledge and best practices.
• Develop deep knowledge of Eaton’s power management product portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Fluency in German, Dutch, French, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
• Strong interest in technology and customer service.
• Willingness to relocate to Budapest, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Bucharest, Belgrade, Casablanca or Istanbul and work in a hybrid model.
