Mid‑Senior Swift & Java Developer (iOS & Backend)

About the role

Optisuite is looking for a versatile mid‑senior engineer to own the iOS mobile experience and contribute to a robust Java backend. You will ship native iOS features, build and maintain REST APIs, and help shape the architecture of our SaaS platform within a small senior team in Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Design, implement and support Spring Boot micro‑services and REST APIs.
• Write unit, integration and UI tests for both mobile and backend code.
• Collaborate on database design, migrations and performance tuning for PostgreSQL.
• Participate in containerisation, CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Contribute to API design (OpenAPI/Swagger) and third‑party ERP integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in both iOS development and Java backend services.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Experience working in SaaS products is highly valued.
