Infra Dev Specialist

About the role

The Infra Dev Specialist will design, implement and maintain containerised infrastructure solutions supporting our application portfolio. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, automated delivery pipelines and robust monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps, including automation with Ansible and Git.
• Design, deploy and optimise containerised applications using Docker, RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Implement API management strategies and support Java/Spring based services.
• Handle incident, change and configuration management following ITIL practices.
• Maintain Unix/Linux environments, write shell scripts and support lifecycle and risk documentation.
• Improve monitoring, alerting and visualisation using Prometheus, Grafana and Kibana.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Scrum to align delivery with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of API concepts and container technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, Ansible and Git.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, change and configuration management processes.
• Understanding of Java and the Spring framework.
• Solid experience on Unix/Linux platforms and shell scripting.
• Interest in monitoring/alerting automation and documentation best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
