Business Analyst – Agile Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join eXalt Belgium’s digital transformation team. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that complex projects deliver the right functionality and value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business needs through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyse and document existing business processes.
• Identify business rules, pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Support backlog management and prioritisation.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.
• Prepare and support testing and user‑acceptance phases.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Strong background in business process analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Structured, analytical mindset comfortable in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalents.
