Medior Vulnerability Analyst

About the role

Degetel is seeking a Medior Vulnerability Analyst to join a key client project. You will coordinate vulnerability discovery, prioritize critical exposures, and support remediation across complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vulnerability discovery activities and asset discovery.
• Prioritise urgent vulnerabilities, critical exposures and emerging threats.
• Escalate blocked remediation items through agreed governance channels.
• Provide management summaries on key risks, blockers, trends and required decisions.
• Facilitate remediation meetings and exposure review sessions.
• Identify recurring root causes, systemic weaknesses and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Produce group vulnerability posture reports and remediation follow‑up dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in vulnerability management, security operations, infrastructure security or risk management.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability scanning, CVEs, CVSS, exploitability and remediation workflows.
• Experience collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, network, endpoint or application teams.
• Experience in federated, multi‑entity or complex enterprise environments is a plus.
