Medior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Brunel is seeking a Medior DevOps Engineer to join an innovative company in Gosselies. You will work closely with the ICT Manager, acting as a technical partner to maintain and evolve a modern, cloud‑native IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support the ICT Manager in daily operations and strategic projects.
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of the entire IT environment.
• Design, implement and maintain Azure‑based cloud infrastructures using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Manage and optimise CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate processes, monitor systems and resolve incidents.
• Implement access and vulnerability management following best practices.
• Coach colleagues and promote a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Systems, Networks or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in DevOps, Systems or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
