Marketing Manager CRM – B2C & B2B

About the role

Immoweb is looking for a Marketing Manager CRM to shape the relationship with millions of users across Belgium. You will own the CRM strategy for both B2C retention and B2B lifecycle management, turning data into personalized experiences on web and app.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a holistic CRM strategy focused on B2C user retention and B2B customer lifetime value.
• Own user audiences, align communication across business units and act as guardian of notifications.
• Partner with the Go‑To‑Market team to launch products that leverage the B2C database for B2B professional clients.
• Define and automate the end‑to‑end B2B customer journey in collaboration with Sales and Customer Care.
• Work with Product and Tech to build a robust data infrastructure and enable real‑time activation.
• Ensure 100% brand consistency across all touchpoints, from campaigns to transactional emails.
• Lead advanced segmentation, scoring models and rigorous A/B testing to improve engagement KPIs.
• Manage the tech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Firebase, Google Analytics, Airship) for Email, App Push and SMS, ensuring optimal deliverability.
• Operate campaigns from design to sending, including audience segmentation and timing.
• Integrate AI tools to automate workflows and enhance predictive messaging.

Required profile

• Significant experience in CRM, loyalty or lifecycle management, preferably in a high‑traffic environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and collaborate with product, tech, sales and data teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
