Junior App Growth Consultant

About the role

AppTweak is looking for a motivated Junior App Growth Consultant to work with enterprise clients on app store optimization and mobile growth strategies. You will help clients improve visibility, increase installs and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ASO expertise, stay updated on Apple App Store, Google Play Store and mobile growth trends.
• Create ASO audits, conduct keyword optimisation and deliver creative recommendations.
• Analyse data to provide evidence‑based growth opportunities and present findings to clients.
• Build trusted relationships, understand client needs and proactively resolve ASO‑related issues.
• Collaborate with account managers, head of ASO, product team and consulting leadership on upsells, service improvements and new features.
• Contribute to ASO‑related content such as blog posts and videos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Strong hunger to learn in a fast‑paced environment and resilient attitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing abilities.
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Curious, creative and methodical problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel for complex data handling.
• Experience with ASO tools and keyword research.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of mobile app growth and user acquisition concepts.
