Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a driven Marketing Data Analyst to turn marketing activity into measurable sales impact. You will act as the bridge between marketing, sales and data, transforming complex datasets into clear insights and empowering teams with meaningful dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and continuously improve Marketing & Sales dashboards using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce and related platforms.
• Own marketing data structure and data quality, including setup and development of the data warehouse.
• Analyse and visualise campaign performance, working closely with digital marketers, campaign managers and external agencies.
• Support the B2C Sales team by building, optimising and expanding reports and dashboards.
• Translate data into actionable insights and advise marketing, communication and sales teams for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a data‑driven role such as Data Analyst or Marketing Intelligence Analyst.
• Highly proficient in Excel and hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce or similar tools.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French, both spoken and written.
• Enthusiastic, proactive team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
