Marketing Assistant (Part‑time, 50%)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our family‑owned ophthalmic solutions company. Working part‑time (50%), you will help translate our communication strategy into concrete actions, supporting both internal and external marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the corporate website with new product pages, news and insights.
• Create and execute email campaigns such as newsletters and product launches.
• Manage digital channels, notably LinkedIn, and report on website traffic and email engagement.
• Design and layout marketing materials (brochures, flyers, booklets) using InDesign or similar tools, coordinate printing and ensure brand consistency.
• Organise and coordinate events, including national congresses, handling timelines, budgets and on‑site presence.
• Ensure marketing and sales assets are up‑to‑date and shared with sales and product teams.
• Support internal events (sales meetings, kick‑offs) and facilitate cross‑department communication.
• Provide day‑to‑day marketing support and assist with ad‑hoc operational tasks.

Required profile
