Marketing & Communications Assistant

About the role

As a Marketing & Communications Assistant you will play a hands‑on, operational role in shaping how Quality Assistance is recognised across Europe and beyond. You will create sharp content, compelling visuals and well‑executed campaigns that strengthen the brand, support business growth and help position the company as a trusted partner in analytical sciences and an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update print and digital communication materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, web and social media content) in line with brand guidelines.
• Produce and adapt content in French and English for multiple channels, covering services, expertise, innovations and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop visual and multimedia assets, including photography, image editing, video recording and editing.
• Support internal communication initiatives to boost engagement across teams.
• Maintain website content via a CMS, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency and optimal user experience.
• Manage marketing and recruitment campaigns, track performance indicators and optimise results.
• Organise and promote internal and external events, from preparation to post‑event follow‑up.
• Coordinate external partners and suppliers for communication materials, promotional items and event logistics.
• Monitor marketing and communication trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and excellent written French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of video editing and animation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to adapt messages across print, video, web and social media formats.
• Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) for website updates.
• Familiarity with performance‑tracking tools and KPI analysis.
• Awareness of AI tools for content creation and productivity (asset).
