Marketing & Communications Assistant

About the role

As a Marketing & Communications Assistant you will play a hands‑on role in shaping the visibility of Quality Assistance across Europe and beyond. You will create compelling content, design visual assets and support campaigns that strengthen the brand and help bring life‑changing therapies to patients faster.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update print and digital communication materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, web and social media content) in line with brand guidelines.
• Produce and adapt content in French and English for multiple channels, covering services, innovations and employer branding.
• Develop visual and multimedia assets, including photography, image editing, video recording and editing.
• Support internal communication initiatives to boost engagement across teams.
• Maintain website content via a CMS, ensuring accuracy and optimal user experience.
• Manage marketing and recruitment campaigns, track performance indicators and optimise results.
• Organise and promote internal and external events, from preparation to post‑event follow‑up.
• Coordinate external partners and suppliers for communication materials, promotional items and event logistics.
• Monitor marketing and communication trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Ability to adapt messaging across print, video, web banners and social media.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and excellent written French.
• Familiarity with performance‑tracking tools and KPI analysis; knowledge of AI content‑creation tools is a plus.
