Campaign Manager – Marketing

About the role

Gaming1, a leading international provider of land‑based and online games of chance, is expanding its Brand Management Team. The Campaign Manager will design, launch and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple territories, supporting the acquisition and retention of players.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns for Gaming1’s brand portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Acquisition and Retention teams to align promotion plans.
• Produce regular performance reports, analyse web data and evaluate key KPIs.
• Measure and report on campaign ROI, ensuring accurate budgeting.
• Validate marketing assets and provide formal sign‑off when required.
• Gather and analyse data to inform new initiatives and improve existing campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in campaign management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive project‑management mindset and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
