Management Trainee – Hospitality Internship

About the role

Join Hilton Brussels Grand Place as a Management Trainee and gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations. You will support the General Manager and Director of Operations while developing the skills needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct benchmark studies to analyse market trends and competitor performance.
• Address guest needs, resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor online reviews and social media to support reputation management.
• Identify revenue opportunities and contribute to profitability initiatives.
• Act as a quality coach, ensuring hotel standards are met and continuously improved.
• Perform duty‑management tasks when senior managers are absent.
• Lead quality‑improvement projects and implement new initiatives.
• Integrate Gen Z insights to modernise services and attract younger guests.
• Utilise artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimise operations and enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate closely with heads of departments to maintain effective teamwork.

Required profile

• Student in Hotel Management or Tourism with a six‑month internship agreement starting November 2026.
• Fluent in English and French; additional language (e.g., Dutch) is a plus.
• Energetic, team‑oriented and able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
