Luxury Account Manager – 6‑Month Parental Cover

About the role

Diageo is seeking a Luxury Account Manager to cover a 6‑month parental leave period. Based in Brussels, you will act as the face of our premium spirits portfolio, building strong relationships with key influencers, spec‑store managers and wholesalers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with spec‑store and wholesale partners to ensure product visibility and sales.
• Conduct trainings and tastings across the Diageo portfolio.
• Identify consumer trends and translate insights into profitable activation programs.
• Implement marketing activations at points of sale and drive customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage digital platforms and consumer data.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a spirits or premium drinks environment.
• Strong category knowledge and ability to spot market trends.
• Excellent presentation and sales skills with a proven track record of results.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Driver’s licence B (Belgium) and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
