About the role
As the Head of eCommerce you will shape and execute the online business strategy for the market, aligning local needs with global brand objectives. You will combine strategic thinking with strong operational and analytical capabilities to drive growth and enhance the customer journey across digital and physical channels.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement local e‑commerce strategies to boost business growth and market performance.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse sales data and identify opportunities to maximise results.
- Strengthen the synergy between online and physical stores to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Oversee operational processes related to logistics, transport and customer experience, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic feedback on stock management, customer behaviour and market trends.
- Lead initiatives that optimise performance, improve processes and elevate the customer journey.
Required profile
- Strategic thinker with strong operational and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of digital business, customer experience and omnichannel retail.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to adapt strategies to local business needs.
- Commercially aware, customer‑focused and passionate about innovation.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented and data‑driven.
- Excellent collaboration skills across departments and with HQ teams.
