Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across Europe, ensuring daily logistics operations run smoothly and continuously improving processes. You will support the company’s ambitious roadmap of new warehouses, multimodal transport, and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and execute daily logistics activities, including pick‑up coordination, transport orders, and prioritisation.
• Plan inbound and outbound flows, organising sea, air, rail and inter‑warehouse transfers to optimise service levels and costs.
• Manage export documentation, duties and administrative tasks for international shipments.
• Handle special requests such as promotional launches and ensure timely delivery of garments and accessories.
• Control inventory levels, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Track and report logistics KPIs, and manage consumables for warehouses.
• Support customer care on claims and logistics issues, acting as the first point of contact.
• Participate in logistics roadmap projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an international logistics environment.
• Strong background in transport operations and export flows.
• Fluent English; French or German a plus.
• Experience in consumer goods, preferably fashion retail or B2B e‑commerce.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
