Learning Technology Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Technology Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operation of our digital learning ecosystem during a key transformation period. The role is part of the global Learning & Development function and works across Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The position is based in Anderlecht, Brussels with a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage LMS and LXP platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Degreed).
• Create and maintain user guides, job aids, training materials, and communications.
• Coordinate user communications for system releases, updates, and planned maintenance.
• Manage service requests, incidents, and support tickets via internal support systems.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Execute testing activities and document results in line with validation requirements.
• Support creation and upkeep of compliance documentation, SOPs, and system documentation.
• Liaise with external vendors to monitor deliverables, service levels, and issue resolution.
• Perform ongoing platform housekeeping, user support, and engagement activities.
• Assist with reporting and continuous‑improvement initiatives across learning technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in learning operations, LMS/LXP support, or IT service management.
• Familiarity with regulated (GxP) environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• LMS/LXP administration (SuccessFactors, Degreed or similar).
• ServiceNow or other ticketing system experience.
• Testing, validation, and documentation processes.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
