Learning & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Join Deloitte as a Learning & Onboarding Specialist and help shape a strong learning culture across the organization. You will work closely with the Learning & Onboarding services team and act as the primary contact for a specific business unit, ensuring new hires transition smoothly into their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Learning & Onboarding services team to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting a learning‑first mindset.
• Manage stakeholder relationships as the single point of contact for an assigned business unit.
• Schedule sessions, coordinate instructors, and leverage multiple delivery formats.
• Work with subject‑matter experts, external trainers, and internal facilitators.
• Oversee program budgets and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Communicate program updates and results to leadership and the learning SPOC community.
• Organise business‑unit‑specific onboarding programs for new hires.
• Track performance against SLAs and KPIs, escalating risks as needed.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge‑management documentation.
• Contribute to key Learning & Onboarding projects under supervision.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in learning operations, onboarding, or HR services.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and communication abilities.
• Process‑driven, pragmatic, and detail‑oriented.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Interest in new technology; AI knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
