Lean Agile Coach – Product & Engineering (Remote‑First)

About the role

Join the European Payments Initiative (EPI) to drive a continent‑wide transformation of digital payments. As a Lean Agile Coach you will support 14 cross‑functional product and engineering teams, fostering sustainable agility, flow, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach ~14 teams on pragmatic Agile adoption, ensuring consistent ways of working while respecting team autonomy.
• Design and evolve a flight‑levels architecture that links strategy, portfolio priorities, and team execution.
• Facilitate delivery planning, dependency management, and cross‑team coordination across distributed locations.
• Break down silos, promote transparency, and establish effective feedback loops and communication norms for remote collaboration.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to product managers, engineers, and leaders to build psychological safety and healthy team dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching multiple product and engineering teams in a complex, regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of flow‑based practices and value‑stream management.
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to nurture inclusive, remote‑first cultures.
