Kitchen Support Expert – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Kitchen Support Expert plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel’s food‑and‑beverage areas. Working across the kitchen, employee dining room, and other service zones, you will ensure that all equipment, utensils, and dining ware are ready for guest use.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishwashing machines, and hand‑wash stations.
• Transport and organize dishware, cookware, and linens throughout the hotel.
• Maintain a spotless dining environment for guests and staff.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies.
• Uphold a professional appearance and respect confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience or supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Willingness to work full‑time in an onsite hotel environment.

Required skills

• Operating dishwashing machines and related cleaning equipment.
• Basic kitchen preparation and sanitation techniques.
