Kitchen Steward

About the role

Join the kitchen team at a leading global hotel brand and play a vital part in delivering seamless dining experiences for guests. As a Kitchen Steward you will ensure that all service areas have the clean equipment they need to operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and other kitchenware for the kitchen and all hotel outlets.
• Collect and transport dirty items to the dishwashing area and ensure timely turnaround.
• Keep the kitchen environment spotless and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Assist senior kitchen staff with assigned projects and tasks.
