About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a motivated team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
- Support scheduling, rota planning, and staff supervision to maintain optimal coverage.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to enquiries, and implement improvements.
- Help achieve departmental targets, profitability goals, and cost‑control initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements, preparing documentation for audits.
- Foster a culture of growth, development, and performance within the team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in food and beverage service.
- Strong supervisory and managerial abilities with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and a passion for hospitality.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to find creative solutions.
- High personal integrity and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
