Kids Camp Coordinator

About the role

The Kids Camp Coordinator ensures the safety and enjoyment of campers at Camp Seafire, a luxury resort program. You will help design, plan and deliver engaging activities while providing top‑tier, personalized service to guests and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of all campers and enforce camp rules.
• Participate in creating and refining camp programs, including crafts, games and water activities.
• Plan and coordinate daily camp events and special occasions.
• Promote Camp Seafire throughout the resort and deliver luxury customer service to internal and external guests.
• Ensure the camp facility complies with safety standards and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in kids’ camps, clubs for luxury hotels, or teaching in the Cayman Islands (with a teaching license).
• Early childhood experience is a plus.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to engage professionally with guests and parents.
• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends and holidays required.
