Key Account Manager

About the role

Erudite.health is a fast‑growing health platform that combines scientific expertise with strong commercial execution. As a Key Account Manager you will support and develop the company’s pharmacy partners across Belgium, driving sales performance, profitability and omnichannel execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with assigned key pharmacy accounts.
• Lead annual negotiations, prepare commercial proposals and follow up agreements.
• Ensure omnichannel execution (online and in‑store) aligned with brand strategy.
• Prepare and present Business Reviews, tracking performance, insights and action plans.
• Drive sales targets through assortment optimisation, activation and promotional planning.
• Monitor sell‑in/sell‑out KPIs, identify pricing, promotion and visibility opportunities.
• Support pricing and promotion planning, ROI evaluation and profitability tracking.
• Capture customer insights and translate them into commercial and innovation recommendations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in FMCG; pharma knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Analytical mindset with strong interest in P&L performance.
• Comfortable working with commercial KPIs (sell‑in/sell‑out, margin, forecasting).
