Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Everience is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its fast‑growing international consulting business. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers while contributing to the company’s AI‑driven talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate internal and external hiring initiatives across multiple regions.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in the ATS (SmartRecruiters, BoondManager).
• Collaborate with the European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, in‑house or agency.
• Strong communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS tools, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Familiarity with BoondManager.
