Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Everience is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growing international workforce. You will be part of the European Talent Acquisition network, helping to attract and hire talent for both internal and external positions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS (SmartRecruiters, BoondManager).
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of internal recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with the European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, in‑house or agency.
• Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Hands‑on, proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Experience using BoondManager or similar ATS tools.
